Cross Quarter is located just to the north of Abbey Wood train station, bordered by Harrow Manor Way to the east, Felixstowe Road to the south and Thistlebrook to the north. To the west of the site lies the Lyndean Industrial Estate and Boxgrove Road.

The Cross Quarter Partnership; a joint venture between Development Securities Plc, and Berkshire Investment Capital, has secured planning consent for a mixed use development that will include a new 81,000 sq. ft. Sainsbury’s foodstore, 5,000 sq. ft. of retail and commercial space and 220 new apartments. The scheme will start on site in Summer 2014.
